Details About Our Central Station

Our shared regional operations center occupies over 21,000 square feet, and is fully certified by Underwriters Laboratories for monitoring all types of alarms including the most sensitive commercial facilities, such as jewelry stores and banks.

If you call our central station, you'll never have to wait or get a busy signal. It has over 400 incoming telephone lines with more than 25 operators and supervisors on duty at all times.

The central station is equipped with redundant backups of every piece of critical monitoring equipment: Two computers, two of every type of signal processors, two recorders, etc. To further insure continuous operation in any circumstances, the central station has its own emergency electric generator should a storm disrupt  service from the utility company.
